Married At First Sight star Michael Brunelli reveals that he may grow his hair long again

Michael Brunelli once had flowing locks – and they might be back. 

The star was asked by a fan on Saturday if he’d ever grow out his shaved head, and regain the long hair he had on Married At First Sight. 

The reality star replied he might – just to compete with the luscious mane of his girlfriend Martha Kalifatidis. 

In an Instagram Stories post, Michael shared an image of the pair side by side, looking remarkably alike. 

He said he’d grow his hair again, ‘potentially, to get another photo like this’.   

In June 2019, Michael opted to shave his hair for charity during Channel Nine’s live Gold Telethon Appeal.

At the time, the personal trainer raised money for the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation by getting his girlfriend Martha to give him a buzz cut. 

Before getting his hair cut, Michael revealed he hadn’t had a completely shaven head in almost a decade.

The influencer tied Michael’s hair into a ponytail and attempted to cut through it with clippers, telling him: ‘Oh my God, babe… this ponytail is so thick!’

She then eventually shaved it off, before Michael shared the results in a photograph on his Instagram.

Proudly sporting a shaved head, he looked very masculine and handsome – and Martha was clearly impressed. 

Fans rushed to praise Michael for his charity stunt and also remarked that he looked ‘amazing’ with shorter hair.
