The 29-year-old actress stopped by the outdoor market in the San Fernando Valley for organic food, treats and games with her five-year-old son Luca.

The Houston native had a busy week as she took up for her home city at Tuesday’s Hand in Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Relief in the wake of the damage done by Hurricane Harvey last month.
Duff described witnessing the hurricane coverage as ‘crazy’ as she watched her home state devastated by unprecedented conditions that dumped more than 50 inches of rain in southwest Texas, destroying more than 210,000 homes and leaving at least 82 people dead.
‘Mother Nature seems pretty pi–ed off right now,’ she told E! News, adding that she was emotionally distraught witnessing the damage where she grew up.
