A massive lion was caught on video attempting to sneak up on an unsuspecting service dog who was visiting an Indiana zoo with his family.
The incident took place on August 28 at the Indianapolis Zoo as Jetson, a black lab, was sitting with his back turned to the glass of the lion’s enclosure.
‘My service dog, Jetson, was a magnet to the lion cubs,’ Jetson’s owner wrote in the caption of the video.

‘One of them immediately ran over and smashed his head into the glass, the zoo keeper said that they run into the glass all the time,’ the owner wrote.
The footage shows the prowling lion creeping up to the glass before launching its front paw toward the dog.
‘Is he trying to get the dog?’ one of Jetson’s owners is heard asking in the video.
The young lion was then joined by another lion that started pawing at the glass enclosure in an attempt to get to Jetson.
Meanwhile, Jetson appeared unphased as he peered up at the huge lions.
‘We had a whole crowd around Jetson and the lions,’ Jetson’s owner wrote in the video’s caption.
Both lions paced back and forth as the family watched in awe at their behavior. Jetson kept staring at the pair of large cats without even barking.
‘Jetson, you’re awesome!’ his young owner yelled in the video.
