Pregnancy certainly isn’t slowing down executive producer and star of The Mindy Project, Mindy Kaling, who was hard at work on the Universal Studios lot in LA on Monday.
The expectant 38-year-old showcased her burgeoning baby bump in a sleeveless blue patterned summer dress by costumer Salvador Perez.
Later, Mindy changed into a tiered pink, gold and red creation, also by the show’s costume designer.

The talented star looked summery as she strolled to set in her blue knee-length dress, accompanied by a minder.
Clearly putting comfort first as she nears her third trimester, The Office alum donned a pair of flat black slip-on shoes.
The smiling star was later seen wearing the intricate pink creation while clutching what appeared to have been a green juice.
Mindy was spotted chatting with the show’s crew in between takes on the hit series.

Wearing a long black jacket, the funnywoman stayed covered up until it was time to step back in front of the camera.
Clearly a fan of the costume, Mindy took to Instagram to share a comparison photo of her outfit and the designer’s sketch.
‘This is the last custom dress @salvadorperezcostumes made for Mindy Lahiri and it’s spectacular. Layers of hand-sewn lace in all of Mindy’s favorite colors,’ she wrote.

‘It’s fun for me because I like to eat and she’s in a great mode for that right now,’ Kaling’s co-star/director Ike Barinholtz – who plays Morgan Tookers – told People earlier this month.
‘Oh God, me and her and [co-executive producer] David Stassen just ate a bag of Tapatio Doritos last week. Whatever she wants to eat were going to jump on board.’

Last month, the Dartmouth College grad – who’s keeping the identity of her babydaddy secret – spoke candidly about first-time motherhood.
‘It’s so unknown to me. I have a lot of control over a lot of aspects of my life, and this is one where I’m like, “Okay, it’s out of my hands,” which is kind of a fun feeling,’ she confessed on the Today Show.
