The Today host moved into the lavish home, located in Sydney’s exclusive North Shore, after splitting from his wife Cassandra Thorburn last year.

It’s understood Jasmine has been spending increasingly long stretches of time staying with Karl at the Cremorne house in the past few months.
The swanky pad featured four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as two separate living areas.
Outside, there is a large alfresco dining area with a built-in barbecue and sitting area, which overlooks a nearby reserve.
The luxury property also includes a large pool and decked area.
It’s not known where Karl is moving to and whether he is moving in with girlfriend Jasmine.

After his split from Cassandra was revealed in September, Karl found a temporary home in billionaire mate James Packer’s Bondi Beach penthouse before moving into the Cremorne bachelor pad.
In the months before splitting, Karl and Cassandra put down a deposit for a $8 million home located just streets away in the same suburb of Cremorne.
In June, Fairfax Media reported Cassandra had moved into the home with the former couple’s three children – Jackson, 17, Ava, 12, and River, 10.

The couple went public with their high profile romance at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in May.

‘We are taking things really, really slowly,’ Karl told Stellar magazine in July.
‘We have a really lovely relationship, but it’s got to be slow for a variety of reasons.’
Karl’s representatives declined to comment when contacted by Daily Mail Australia.
