Little people, big wedding! Amy Roloff and Chris Marek say ‘I do’ on family farm in Oregon

Little People, Big World star Amy Roloff married Chris Marek on the 34-acre Roloff family farm in Hillsboro, Oregon on Saturday afternoon.

The 56-year-old reality star looked sensational wearing a white Justin Alexander wedding gown from the Sincerity Collection with thick straps and a long train as she walked down the aisle.

Little People, Big World has been airing non-stop on TLC since 2006, attracting millions of viewers who tuned in to watch Amy and her now ex-husband, Matt, raise a family while navigating the world with dwarfism.

Guests were ushered to a grassy knoll overlooking the farm as Amy and Chris said their vows in front of a gazebo.

Roloff reportedly walked down the aisle to Heart to Heart, a song composed by Marek’s best man, Rick Hinkes.

Their reception was held steps away in a barn and The Macey Gard Band played throughout the night, including the couple’s first dance to At the End of the Day.

‘COVID came into play because I think a lot of people either changed or canceled and moved whatever was going on in 2020 to 2021, so other places just kind of eroded away and plan B became plan A,’ she said of deciding to get married on the farm she built with her ex on Little People, Big World in June.

‘The farm has beautiful scenery and we just don’t know what’s going to happen with COVID,’ she continued. ‘So it’s easier to have it there.’

Chris and Amy have been engaged since 2019 and met at a pool party in 2016, nearly one year after Roloff filed for divorce from her now ex-husband.

‘Our wedding day is a special day, but our marriage is a lifetime together,’ Roloff told PEOPLE. ‘I’ll have the rest of my life with Chris and that makes me smile.’

‘[It was challenging] planning a traditional wedding and all that typically goes into that, to what we want to have at our wedding,’ she added. ‘Sometimes it felt like the two clashed at times for me. But in the end, it’s about the two of us — Chris and I. It’s about combining our two lives together into one and sharing it with our family and friends.’

‘They all have been wonderful,’ Roloff said. ‘They’ve been helping me all this week with setting up and, most importantly, moral support. Having my grandkids be a part of our wedding day is so special to me. To know that they are happy for me means so much to me.’

Little People Big World’s 22nd season premiered on May 11, and sneak peeks showed Amy and Chris touring the Roloff farm with Matt as a possible wedding venue.
