Although she has been linked to a string of A-list men in the past, it’s one of her reality star suitors that’s finally won her heart.
‘There was a time when I thought maybe I would never find someone,’ the beauty admitted.
The blinding lights and extreme pressure during the very first night of filming exacerbated her fear.
‘I thought to myself “You are an idiot, you are repulsive, what are you doing?” the usually confident personality confessed.

Sophie said that having all eyes on her made her feel vulnerable, but that she began to relax after realising her suitors just wanted to get to know her true personality.
‘But I understand that my lifestyle meant I couldn’t have a relationship like my Mum and Dad,’ she said, before adding: ‘But, the man I have now found is the perfect man for me.’

On Tuesday, Sophie discussed her past in more detail with Jules Sebastian.
Opening up about her racy 2014 shoot for Playboy magazine, the 37-year-old said her only regret was how the heat affected the way her nipples appeared.
‘Usually they’re always erect. You see every paparazzi photo of me and they’re like “boing” and it was just really warm so they look a bit like, very 70s.’
