She previously joked that she intended to ‘rub up against any man she can’ on Strictly Come Dancing to make her husband Eamonn Holmes jealous.
And Ruth Langsford seemed even more determined to spice up their marriage, as she slipped into a dominatrix-inspired leather trench coat and brandished a whip in Eamonn’s latest video.
The presenter, 57, looked worlds away from the conservative glamour of her daytime television days as she played around with the whip in the mock-S&M style clip.

In the video, which Eamonn posted on Tuesday, Ruth can be seen rocking a leather dress belted at the waist with a matching cap.
Ruth films her as she brandishes the whip several times and says sternly: ‘Get used to it slave, things are going to change around here.’
Eamonn can then be heard giving a mock-gasp as he breathes: ‘Darling – that’s shocking!’
Ruth then breaks character and as she spins around, breaks into a fit of laughter as she plays with the whip.
Her husband captioned the shot: ‘Ruth getting all Strictly. We have a fascinating prog on Channel 5 Thurs 9pm on couples and The 7 yr itch.’

The pair, who have been married seven years themselves, will probe the sex lives of married couples across the country in the show.
Ruth’s clip comes after she shed her demure This Morning outfits for the racy figure-hugging minidresses of Strictly Come Dancing.
The ITV star, who is partnered with pro Anton Du Beke, was worlds away from her morning show host self in a dazzling blue dress complete with a raunchy mesh bodice, giving the illusion of bare skin underneath.
Posing for the camera with her leg poised in the air, the ITV star could not contain her beaming smile as she leaned on the support of her partner Anton.

It comes after she joked at the launch show that she intended to ‘rub up against any man she can’, in order to make Eamonn jealous.
And giving an insight into the funny couple’s at-home bickering as Ruth prepares for the live shows, Eamonn shared another video of the pair chatting on the sofas.
‘So another day’s training, what’s the best bit, what’s the worst bit?’ he started off the clip by asking.
‘It’s quite exhilarating because it s like nothing I’ve ever done before, I get spun around a lot and you’re covering the floor like a professional dancer,’ Ruth said.
‘There are little moments where I go, I’m just like a dancer and there are loads of moment where I go “I’ve completely forgotten what I’m doing next”.
Bickering: In another clip, Eamonn asks: ‘Do you lose your temper with Anton [Du Beke] the way you lose your temper with me?’ Ruth pulls a mock-frown, replying: ‘Course I don’t, he’s not my husband’
Eamonn then cheekily ventured: ‘Do you lose your temper with Anton [Du Beke] the way you lose your temper with me?’
Ruth pulled a mock-frown, replying: ‘Course I don’t, he’s not my husband.’
‘That’s not fair!’ Eamonn protested. ‘Why doesn’t he get the same treatment I get?’
‘Because he’s patient and he’s a teacher and he’s never rude to me,’ Ruth sassily shot back – to which her husband gasped and said: ‘That’s awful, so he doesn’t get the same lack of respect that I get then?’
Ruth giggled and chided: ‘Oh shut up.’
