She’s the blonde beauty who married a Stefanovic and became the Today Show’s ‘it girl’.
But having acclimatised to her position of power, Sylvia Jeffreys appeared none too pleased at someone else potentially stealing her thunder.
When the 31-year-old crossed from the studio to Brisbane reporter Jess Millward on Thursday she could not hide the awkward look on her face after realising both were wearing identical pink jackets.

In scenes reminiscent of the ‘jacketgate’ sage from earlier this year, Ms Jeffreys was seemingly not too happy about the mix-up
While managing to hold her tongue until Ms Millward finished her weather segment, at the completion of her report the Today Show co-host made light of the mix-up.
Mentioning this weekend’s warm weather, Ms Jeffreys said to her colleague: ‘Safe to say Jess, neither of us will need our jackets over the weekend.’
Instantly drawing comparisons to the infamous Channel Nine ‘jacketgate’ from early this year, Ms Millward attempted to make a joke of the awkward situation.
‘Well, we’ve got two,’ she replied with a laugh, before going on to say: ‘I hope no one leaks what you said to me in the break!’
Although managing a laugh, when Ms Jeffreys’ co-host Karl Stefanovic entered into the conversation the awkwardness of the situation became clear.
‘They’re not the same jackets are they?’ Stefanovic asked the pair.
‘They’re exactly the same,’ Ms Jeffreys said with a strong tone and a serious face.
Despite protests from Karl that the two jackets appeared to be ‘different colours’, it did not appear to appease his co-host and sister-in-law.
Ms Millward joked about the earlier incident, saying to Ms Jeffreys: ‘I hope no one leaks what you said to me in the break’
‘It’s different lighting Karl,’ Ms Jeffreys said, before glancing back to Ms Millward who is standing there silently with an awkward look on her face.
The incident comes months after Channel Nine colleagues Amber Sherlock and Julie Snook had a much publicised run-in.
Leaked behind-the-scenes footage showed the moment Ms Sherlock slammed her colleague for wearing a white top, before telling her to go and put on a jacket.
