Ronaldinho may be 37 years of age but the Brazilian icon continues to prove that class is permanent.

The former Barcelona star has not played for a club since 2015, having terminated his Fluminense contract, as he shows of his skills in more relaxed forms of the game.

Most recently he has been competing in the second edition of India’s Premier Futsal League with the Delhi Dragons, where he has made a fine start to the tournament.

Having scored a brace in his team’s opening day 4-2 victory, Ronaldinho went one further, bagging a hat-trick as his team drew 5-5 with the Bengaluru Royals on Wednesday.

And one of the goals was particularly special, the World Cup winner twisting and flicking the ball through the onrushing goalkeeper’s legs before slotting with a trademark ‘no-look’ finish.

‘One more day having fun and doing what I love!’ Ronaldinho wrote as he shared a video of the strike on his official Instagram page.

‘This goal made me go back as a kid, where I learned a lot from futsal. So this goal I dedicate to the Espinoza family, especially to my first futsal coach, who taught me a lot, Cleon Espinoza.

‘I take you always in my heart, you and family. A big hug from your black son here.’

Futsal is a five-a-side variant of the game with 20 minute halves, played on a hard smaller surface with smaller goals.
