Ben Adams has become a father for the first time after welcoming a baby daughter with his fiancée Sara Skjoldnes.
The A1 popstar delighted his Instagram followers with the happy news on Sunday, sharing an adorable photo of newborn Skylar snuggled up to him.
He penned: ‘Meet Skylar Skjoldnes Adams. Arrived on 25/09/21 at 20.41 (due date) and she slept next to me most of the night. Amazing. [sic].

‘in awe of @saraskjoldnes (and every other woman that has gone through childbirth tbh)……thank goodness I didn’t have to do that! and yes I cut the umbilical chord, and no I didn’t eat the placenta #rikshospitalet.’
Only the day before, the British singer told his almost 80,000 followers that the couple were patiently awaiting Skylar’s arrival.
‘So we have reached due date! Had a few “is it happening, is it not?” moments over the last few weeks,’ he explained.

The Ascot-born star, who rose to fame alongside Paul Marazzi, Christian Ingebrigtsen and Mark Read in 90s band A1, announced the news of Sara’s pregnancy back in April.
