According to realestate.com.au, the 32-year-old pilot paid $1.42million for the two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat.

However, the website claims Holly ‘is not in on the deal’, which suggests Jimmy bought the home himself and she is simply living with him.

In addition to a host of modern touches, Jimmy’s home includes a covered balcony.

One of 12 in a 1970s block, the unit last sold in 2018 for $1.075million.

Jimmy’s father, Noel Nicholson, happens to be a real estate agent on the northern beaches and is developing a new property-themed TV show with Catriona Rowntree.

After his purchase, Jimmy shared a loved-up photo to Instagram of the pair outside the property as he held a bottle of Dom Pérignon champagne.

‘All smiles to have settled on the new digs. Guess who my roommate is?’ Jimmy captioned the post.

Holly had shared a selfie of the lovebirds embracing on the balcony of her boyfriend’s new home.

She joked in the caption about Jimmy’s ‘long selfie arm’ being ‘marriage material’.

‘A lot of you have been asking what my favourite thing is about @jimmynicholson (jokes no one has asked me that but I’m going to tell you anyway),’ she wrote.

‘He has an extraordinarily long selfie arm, and for me… that = marriage material. He also has 12 million abs, oh and he’s a pilot.’

It follows speculation Jimmy and Holly may soon announce they’re expecting a baby, after Sportsbet opened a novelty market on their future.

The odds of the couple having a baby by September 1, 2022, are sitting at $12.

This is one of the more unlikely options, however, with other possibilities for the pair having much shorter odds as of Friday.

The safest bet is simply that Jimmy and Holly will still be together by January 1, 2022, with odds at a promising $1.90.

The outlier bet ($18) is either Jimmy or Holly appearing as a contestant on the next season of Married at First Sight or The Bachelorette.

This is almost certain not to occur, however, as the next season of The Bachelorette has already been filmed and MAFS’ next season is believed to have finalised its cast.

Jimmy declared his love for Holly during the season finale of The Bachelor earlier this month, telling her: ‘When I think of a future with you, it’s exciting, it’s fun, it’s passionate.

‘You make anything we do incredible and you light up any room you’re in.’

He gifted her with a ring, which he explained represented his commitment to her and their relationship.

‘I want you to know that I am in love with you and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for both of us,’ he said.
