A woman, caught on CCTV in Domino’s Pizza allegedly having sex, has arrived in court having been charged with outraging public decency.
Danielle Hirst, 28 and Craig Smith, 31, were waiting for their stuffed crust pizza in February when they allegedly carried out the unusually public sexual act.
Hirst and Smith, from Bridlington, East Yorkshire, were charged with ‘committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner’ after the pizza shop incident.

Hirst and Smith, from Bridlington, East Yorkshire, were charged with ‘committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner’ after the pizza shop incident
Both defendants were remanded on unconditional bail in July this year.
Today, Hirst was seen arriving at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court for trial.
The couple face a maximum of six months in prison or a fine if they are found guilty of the offence.
Police began investigating the case after CCTV footage of the alleged incident was released onto the internet and was shared widely.
