She is considered to be one of the greatest American Survivor players of all time.
And rumour has it two-time champion Sandra Diaz-Twine is set to compete on the upcoming Australian series, which is currently being filmed in North Queensland.
A well-placed source tells Daily Mail Australia the 47-year-old, who has appeared on five U.S. seasons of Survivor, believes she has what it takes to survive in the outback.

‘Sandra is a big deal in the Survivor world and is confident she’s more tenacious than anyone else they’ve had on the Australian show,’ the source said.
‘She’s been in Queensland for a few weeks now and has been instructed to keep a low profile and not post about why she is in Australia,’ they added.
Sandra will be joined by past contestants Samantha Gash and Mark Wales, who appeared on the 2017 Australian season, reports TV Blackbox.

Instant Hotel star Jay Bruno, who is dating Home and Away actress Sam Frost, is also joining the 2022 season.
MasterChef star Khan Ong sparked rumours he was joining the Channel 10 show after recently switching his Instagram account to private.
He declined to comment when contacted by Daily Mail Australia.

Meanwhile, it’s understood the upcoming season will have the theme ‘Blood vs. Water’ with former castaways playing with – and against – their loved ones.
This concept has already been used twice before in the U.S. franchise.
The 2022 season will include a mix of new and old players – but unlike the U.S. seasons in which each pair was made up of a veteran and a newcomer, it’s believed some of the Australia pairs will comprise two veterans.

After shooting in the rough outback region of Cloncurry, Australian Survivor has decided to head further north to Charters Towers.
The north Queensland town, inland of Townsville, will be the stage for season seven of the hit series and is expected to drive $29million into the local economy.
Production company Endemol Shine Australia made the decision following a $3.9million cash injection from the Federal Government’s Location Incentive.
It’s the second consecutive season to film in Australia – a decision made due to the Covid pandemic and the government’s funding boost under the federal arts department.
The new season is expected to air in 2022, which will be confirmed when Channel 10’s Upfronts are held on October 20.
