Celebrity power couple Jay- Z and Beyonce were the lucky buyers of the sprawling Hamptons estate that had been on the market for eight years.
According to TMZ, the musical duo bought the Pond House estate located in East Hampton, New York, for $26million after originally being put on the market in 2009 for $39.5million.
It is the second home in recent that the couple – who welcomed twins in June – have done after reportedly closing a deal on a huge Bel Air mansion going for $130 million – way over their budget of $75 million.
