A popular home cook has revealed her 15-minute recipe for the perfect breakfast burrito complete with potato gems and scrambled eggs.
Ayeh Far, who runs the cooking with Ayeh Instagram and TikTok pages, dipped her finished burrito into avocado crema before eating it, inspiring her fans.
The viral video tutorial, which has been seen by over 262k people, begins with the glamorous young woman from Sydney’s west tucking into her burrito.
Ayeh Far revealed her recipe to the ultimate breakfast burrito
She explained the first step to making the burrito was to cook the potato gems until they are ‘nice and crispy’.
The next thing she does is scramble her eggs before putting the wrap together.
Ayeh lays down her tortilla, adds the potato gems, sliced avocado, sundried tomatoes, eggs, cheese and hot sauce before wrapping it up tight.
She then toasts the outside of her burrito before serving it cut in half with a side of avocado crema.
Ayeh described the meal as ‘the perfect burrito’ and it appeared her fans agreed.
‘Yum, this looks amazing, I need to try it,’ one woman wrote.
While some laughed at the name ‘potato gems’.

‘I was thinking about having a breakfast burrito but don’t have any tortillas, why does TikTok have to tempt me so,’ one man wrote alongside the video.
Ayeh has 808k followers on TikTok where she consistently uploads cooking tips and recipes.
