According to E! News. Zandy – who works with fashion brands AYR and Theory – and Lea ‘have been friends for a while,’ but only ‘started dating recently’.

Before that she was in a long-term relationship with Glee co-star Cory Monteith, until the troubled musician/actor’s untimely passing in 2013 at the age of just 31.
