But determined not to let her side-effects get her down, the model worked off her stress in the gym – sharing a selfie alongside which she wrote: ‘Gym time pregnancy fitness.’
The stunning model has been taking it easy during her pregnancy with several sun-drenched trips abroad.
Sharing a snap with her dog Mochi on the beach, she looked radiant as she showed off her growing belly.
