A prostitute who used kinky sex to distract a client on a cocaine bender so two men could rob him could be deported to New Zealand after serving a jail sentence.

Milan Chante Walker is due to be sentenced at Brisbane Supreme Court on Wednesday after pleading guilty on Tuesday to the manslaughter, burglary and robbery of Gregory John Hudson.

The 57-year-old’s naked body was discovered tied up in his friend’s townhouse at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast on October 23, 2014.

He had lethal levels of cocaine in his system and a heart problem, a pathologist who conducted the autopsy told the court.

Accomplices Lee Benjamin Feld and Benjamin Samy Ghobrial pleaded guilty to the burglary and robbery in company offences and are also expected to be sentenced on Wednesday.

Ghobrial also pleaded guilty to attempted stealing and two counts of stealing after he dressed in women’s clothing and used Mr Hudson’s bank card to withdraw $2000.

Crown prosecutor Philip McCarthy told the court Mr Hudson arranged for Walker, whom he had met at a brothel a few days earlier, to come to his friend’s house for sex.

He would pay her with cocaine, on which he had been bingeing after arriving at his friend’s house a few days before his death.

Mr McCarthy said text messages showed she, Feld and Ghobrial hatched a plan for her to distract Hudson while they broke into the townhouse.

‘We’re coming in five mins. F*** him hard, play music. Very important,’ Ghobrial texted to Walker.

Ghobrial and Feld had not intended to cross paths with Mr Hudson and did not carry any weapons on them during the robbery, the court heard.

Mr McCarthy said ‘any triggering mechanism’ like psychological or physical stress, including the fetish sexual activity engaged in with Walker, could have caused the cardiac arrhythmia that led to his death.

‘Milan Walker accepts that she is criminally liable and responsible for the killing of Hudson in those circumstances,’ he said.

During sentence submissions on Tuesday afternoon, Walker’s defence lawyer said she should be sentenced to a maximum five years in jail which should be suspended after serving two years.

Justice Glenn Martin is expected to deliver sentence on Wednesday.
