Man jumps between nine-storey apartment buildings

A video has emerged from Russia of a daredevil showing off his parkour skills as he jumps between two nine-storey apartment buildings.

The heart-stopping footage shows the man running to the edge of a ledge before leaping across to the next building.

As he flies through the air, he performs a forward somersault, before landing perfectly on the other side without so much as a wobble.

He then climbs to the edge of the building and jumps back to the first building, followed by another forward somersault.  

Parkour, or free-running, involves climbing and jumping to difficult perches and acrobatic moves. 

The death-defying stunt was filmed in Saratov, Russia, by the man’s friends, and has since gone viral.
