These Alabama women have a fondness for big trucks, guns and hunting – and they are now about to become reality television stars.
The eight women have been chosen to star in the new reality television show Redneck Housewives of Alabama.
The show is set to feature a retired Dolly Parton impersonator and beauty pageant winner, a country singer and a long-distance truck driver.
Redneck Housewives of Alabama was created by local Huntsville company Helen Evans LLC and auditions were held earlier in the year.

Mother-of-two Rhonda Randolph is a retired Dolly Parton impersonator and former Mrs America pageant winner.
She has been married to her high school sweetheart Reggie for 29 years and now owns her own men-only barber shop in Hueytown.
Randolph says she loves shooting guns, dirt bike riding and is in the process of restoring her beloved 1972 Ford F100 pickup truck.
Amanda Keller is a self-proclaimed rebel who loves shooting guns, hunting, and fishing.
She says she learned to be tough from a young age after being diagnosed with dyslexia in the first grade.
‘Kids made fun of me and that’s how the jokester I am today was born. If I made them laugh about other things then they weren’t laughing at my disability,’ she said.

‘My life seems like one big party to some. It’s far from that. Every day we make choices that define who we are. I’ve made my fair share of bad ones, but those bad choices define who I am today.
‘My friends and I enjoy having fun and raising hell on the weekends. Which sometimes gets me into trouble. I also enjoy working out. I got into fitness and lost 50 pounds. I have been able to keep it off with diet and exercise.
‘I am currently married to my fifth husband. He is a wonderful hard-working man and the love of my life. Our lives are far from perfect, but we do our best.’
Leah Seawright was born and raised in Fort Payne.
‘I remember being the only girl on the baseball team. I’d come home all dirty from a game. I’d get cleaned up, then go compete in a beauty pageant, wearing a borrowed dress,’ she said.
She is now a full-time mother with three kids. She home schools her two boys, aged 13 and 16.
