And with two years of marriage under her belt, the question on everyone’s lips is whether she’s keen on starting a family.

‘We’ve not planned anything and realistically nothing can happen right now because I’m too busy. But I’ve always been broody. I love kids and I want four, so hopefully in the near future,’ Michelle openly admitted.

And while she described being on the cover of Women’s Health as a ‘pinch myself’ moment, the stunning brunette has admitted she feel happier now that she’s put on weight.

‘I’ve put on a stone and feel it everywhere. I’ve been away (filming Our Girl) for so long and I haven’t had time to work out, and I literally landed two days ago and now I’m kicking myself and thinking, “Why didn’t I just eat healthily while I was away?”

‘But you know what, I think I needed to put on a bit of weight. I was a bit bony,’ she noted.

She explained her routine in-depth: ‘I’ll do a leg day maybe with some abs, then the next day I’ll do my arms. So I tend to work my abs three times over the week.’

Michelle also confessed that working out is on her mind even when she’s filming: ‘When I’m on set, I’m always waiting around for people to move the cameras so I can try to squeeze in press-ups and sit-ups between scenes.’

The talented beauty expressed that she starts off her day with a workout ‘otherwise it’s like a shadow hanging over me.’

‘And it does set you up for the day. I’ll grab a banana, go to the gym, then have a proper breakfast afterwards,’ she concluded.

Michelle’s positive demeanour comes after long-faced reports of marital trouble due to trying work schedules, which currently sees her filming Our Girl in Kuala Lumpur while the former TOWIE launches his US presenting career.

Speaking to The Sun recently, the beauty insisted their difficult set up is made harder by the rumours, yet she insists all is well while admitting they desperately miss one another and plan to start a family ‘as soon as the time is right’

She said: ‘It’s been hard enough being away anyway, but then to contend with all that. It just comes from nowhere.

‘I don’t understand how a couple can’t have their separate careers, and why can’t a newly married woman go off and do her job and a husband go off and do his? I don’t understand why that’s a negative. It should be celebrated.

‘I’d say there is a slight degree of sexism to it. I always think it’s good we’ve got our own careers. He’s put all his effort into that and I’m putting all my effort into this. And for me, I just find it really exciting that we’re working so hard separately, for our different careers.’

Michelle and Mark have been together for almost five years after they first met in December 2012 while both holidaying in Dubai.

Nine months later, the duo had returned to the Middle Eastern resort where Mark had proposed and they went on to tie the knot in a lavish ceremony at St Mary’s Church in Bury St Edmonds in May 2015.

Throughout 2016, reports suggested the couple’s relationship was doomed, with sources insisted they were headed for a split, yet the two entered the New Year stronger than ever and have since continued their long-distance love between work.

With Mark in America for a year, having landed his dream job as a presenter on showbiz programme Extra, ‘excited’ Michelle plans to jet out to meet him in December, when she has a break from work.
