A third simply posted: ‘Sorry bro, the game is over’.

Liverpool had to soak up plenty of pressure from the Italian champions in the first leg of their Champions League last 16 tie.

But Roberto Firmino came off the bench to convert Andy Robertson’s corner with a glancing header.

Salah then doubled the advantage with a deflected effort minutes later to give Inter a mountain to climb when they visit Anfield for the return leg next month.
