A mum has shared how she made a stunning Biscoff-flavoured birthday cake using three $4.80 white chocolate mud cakes from Coles.
Amber created the cake for her daughter who is stuck in isolation and says that this was the quickest cake she’d whipped up in a while.
To make the cake Amber first placed one white chocolate mud cake from Coles onto a cake board and secured the bottom with a bit of buttercream frosting.

She then placed a layer of buttercream on top of the cake and sat another layer on top, then repeated with one more white mud cake to create a stack of three.
Next Amber completed a crumb coat with buttercream frosting around the exterior of the cake to secure everything together.
Once the icing had chilled on the cake it was time to decorate with a delicious melted Biscoff drip around the top.
She first assembled the cake by stacking three white chocolate mud cakes with buttercream throughout each then decorated it with icing and biscuits
The mum piped on swirls of Biscoff buttercream frosting onto the top of the cake and added extra Biscoff drizzle to the piping details.
She then added some Lotus biscuits to the top and added a Lotus biscuit crumb to bottom base of the cake.
To finish, Amber added gold leaf details and stuck on some cream-coloured mini meringues.
