Schapelle Corby is back in hospital after injuring her leg

Convicted drug smuggler Schapelle Corby is back in hospital just months after injuring her leg.

The 39-year-old was admitted to hospital with a leg injury in June, and on Wednesday she posted a photo of herself and mother Rosleigh Rose from a hospital bed.

With drips running from her arm and tubes in her nose, Corby thanked those who sent her messages of support.

‘At it again with the knee surgery,’ she posted on Instagram.

‘Hospital sleep overs. Thanks for all the sweet msg’s #stuckinbed #hopalongcontinues,’ the caption read.

Another photo shows her legs covered in bandages and a soft toy on her bed.

Corby was snapped hopping around the Gold Coast on crutches with an injured foot in June.

It is unclear how Corby injured her leg only weeks after her return to Australia following a nine-year prison stint in Bali.

Corby is a prolific user of Instagram and has amassed more than 200,000 followers.
