‘Don’t put yourself at risk and don’t put community emergency response teams at risk trying to save you,’ Tweed councillor Anthony Burnham said.
The Tweed Shire Council worker said the daredevils were putting their lives at risk by sliding down the hill at great speeds.
In one recording, two boys film themselves as they lift their boogie boards up to the top of the dam.
Once at the top the pair take turns sliding down the steep slope one at a time.
The rebellious duo reach high speeds but appear to be having a great time as they enjoy the propel down the diagonal and into the water below.
