An ex-public schoolboy cricketer has denied exposing himself to two women on a new housing estate.
Former England under-19 cricketer, Shiv Thakor, 23, from Derby, is accused of masturbating on two separate occasions at a new housing development in Mackworth.
Following the allegations he was suspended on full pay from Derbyshire CCC.
He denied two charges of indecent exposure on June 12 and 19 when he appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court today.

The 23-year-old signed a three-year contract extension in 2016 to stay until the end of the 2019 season
Prosecutor Gillian Foxcroft said: ‘The defendant who lives in the area had gone into the office there on two occasions.
‘He had been seen outside apparently masturbating his penis.
‘On June 12 he used his right hand to expose his penis and then on June 19 a different lady saw him outside rubbing his genitals.’
Wearing a black suit and dark blue tie, Thakor, of Derby, spoke only to deny the charges and confirm his name, date of birth and address.
A trial date of November 15 has been set. He was told by magistrates: ‘Mr Thakor, you will appear before this court on November 15.

‘If you do not attend court the trial may proceed in your absence.’
Thakor was educated at the private Loughborough Grammar and Uppingham schools.
He made his first-class debut in April 2011 as a 17-year-old for Leicestershire against Loughborough MCCU, where he became the county’s youngest player to score a century.
The former England Under-19 international also met the then Prime Minister David Cameron at a special Diwali reception in Downing Street.
Thakor was named captain of the England Under-19s for their tour of South Africa in January 2013, but suffered a broken finger in the opening match and missed the rest of the trip.
His last appearance for Derbyshire came in a 128-run Specsavers County Championship Division Two defeat to Northamptonshire from June 9-11.
