Rebel Wilson lost an amazing 35kg following her self-proclaimed ‘year of health’ in 2020.
And on Sunday, the Australian actress was showing off the results of her hard work as she took a hike through Griffith Park in Los Angeles.
The 41-year-old appeared to be feeling the burn, as she pulled her shirt off her arms, and wore it hanging around her neck.

Underneath, she had on a midriff top that showed off her trim belly, and a pair of skin-tight black leggings that clung to her slimmed-down physique.
The Pitch Perfect star appeared to go makeup free for the workout, and had her blonde hair pulled up in a ponytail under her cap.
She completed the look with a pair of black and white sneakers, and had on sunglasses to protect against the bright rays.

Rebel seemed focussed on her hike, holding her phone in her hand and listening to her AirPods as she strode.
The actress has openly spoken about her weight loss journey over the course of the past couple of years, as well as documenting her shrinking figure on her social media pages, much to the delight of her legions of fans.
She dropped 35kg (77lbs or 5.5st) in two years after kickstarting 2020 with a vow to undergo a ‘Year Of Health’, which is still in full swing now.

Nine years after first stepping into the spotlight, Rebel decided that she would spend the year concentrating on her health and fitness goals as well as a weight loss target for the end of the year, vowing to tip the scales at 75kg – which she achieved.
Rebel began documenting her exercise sessions, both in the gym and on hikes, on her Instagram while living split between Australia and America and fans began to see a new side of her.
At the start of her strict regime, her trainer Jono Castano Acero spoke about the gruelling sessions Rebel was undertaking, but admitted that she was very much taking the new lifestyle day by day.

Jono explained that during their ‘fun’ work outs, they would use an assault bike, as well as doing squats, using a medicine ball and battle ropes among other exercises.
Months later, another of her trainers – Gunnar Peterson – told People magazine in October 2021 that Rebel ‘got really serious about her workouts’ early on in the journey.
Rebel switched her carb-heavy diet – where she revealed she was eating around 3,000 calories a day – for high protein alternatives where she would no longer be left feeling hungry.

She explained: ‘Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry.
‘So, I’ve really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn’t used to eat a lot of meat. I eat fish, salmon, and chicken breast.’
Rebel revealed in November 2020 that she had hit her ‘goal weight’, but assured fans that her focus was purely about ‘being healthy’ rather than the figure on the scales.
