Leighton Meester and husband Adam Brody did their bit to help their local community on Thursday.
The actors were spotted at Los Angeles Regional Food Bank casually clad in jeans and t-shirts as they offered their services to the charity.
After a stop for lunch the cute couple later donned plaid shirts as they got to work to help those less fortunate than them.

The 31-year-old Gossip Girl beauty teamed a black t-shirt with skinny jeans and sneakers while the 37-year-old O.C. alum kept it equally low key in a navy shirt and jeans.
Over the summer the couple also volunteered at Feeding America’s Summer Hunger Awareness Event where they served lunch to children.
Feeding America is the nation’s largest hunger relief organization.
During that event, the couple were asked whether they get a kick out of the fact that their onscreen teen characters; Gossip Girl’s Blair Waldorf and The O.C’s Seth Cohen ended up together.

‘Occasionally,’ Leighton and Adam admitted with a laugh to Entertainment Tonight. ‘Once a year, randomly, on our Seth and Blair day. It’s good for a laugh.’
Leighton added: ‘It doesn’t excite us, I think, because we’re just human beings… but it’s exciting to us that it’s exciting to you, it’s cool.’
The couple married in 2014 and now hope to give back and shed light on the child hunger crisis in the US.

‘I mean, lending our name or face certainly brings some level of more awareness, but we also need to know what we’re talking about. I wanted to be hands-on and I want to be educated and, again, forge a connection,’ Adam said.
The couple have a daughter together, Arlo, two, and they hope to instill the same values of giving back into her.
Leighton said: ‘She’s too little to come here today. She’d be like, “I don’t get it.” But I think it’s a really, you know, even for us, this is something we’re sort of even learning about, and I think that it’s really important to show your children that there are different sides to everything,’
