He arrived at the restaurant around 4pm and diners told TMZ that while he was waiting for his food he ‘ordered a Bloody Mary’.

The conditions of Simpson’s parole allow him to ‘consume alcoholic beverages but not to excess’. He will occasionally be tested for it, but if his BAC is under .08, he’s in the clear.

Wahoos Fish Taco restaurant wouldn’t confirm to DailyMail.com what Simpson ordered.

Simpson was released from a Nevada prison last Sunday after serving nine years for armed robbery.

Since his release, he’s taken a few trips around Nevada, one of those being a visit to the Las Vegas Police Department to register as part of his parole.

He appeared to be in a hurry as he exited the police station on Thursday night after he had to register ‘in accordance with the law’.

Last week, Simpson also moved into a $1.8million home in Vegas, practiced his golf, hung out by the pool, and signed autographs for fans at a hotel.

The Juice even went to a Verizon store to pick up a cell phone and took the time to pose for pictures with customers.

The conditions of his parole dictate he must report to his state parole officer on a monthly basis and obtain permission from the Nevada Division of Parole and Probation when he changes his residence.

Division Capt Shawn Arruti said earlier Simpson plans to live at a home in the Las Vegas area.

The former football player turned on the charm during one of his first orders of business this week, when he went to a Verizon store on Tuesday with his daughter Arnelle to get a new iPhone.

Arnelle was soon forced to stand to the side however as a number of young fans approached the ex-football great to snap a photo.

Simpson happily obliged their requests, while taking time to chat up his adoring public on the 22nd anniversary of his acquittal in the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown.

One of the young men who met The Juice, Raphael, shared his photo with DailyMail.com, joking that Simpson was ‘randomly in a Verizon store because of course he needs to get his Instagram right.’

He later added: ‘I was in the Verizon store in Vegas yesterday, saw OJ, asked for a picture he said “sure.” My girlfriend took the picture he said he was doing great and would be hanging out soon.’

He moved into a 5,000 square-foot property on Sunday which boasts 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a backyard putting green and pool for the next few months as he sorts out his next move.

On Tuesday evening, the paroled felon was spotted signing autographs in a Las Vegas hotel.

Simpson reportedly signed various memorabilia – including Buffalo Bills helmets – during a two-hour private session.

But now free and living in Vegas, the onetime actor is said to be spending good time signing gear – with TMZ claiming he also planned a session Wednesday night.

While Simpson was found not guilty of murdering his wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, he subsequently lost a civil trial and was ordered to pay $33.5 million to the Goldman and Brown families.

After 22 years of interest, it is believed Simpson now owes $100 million.

That means that some of the cash Simpson earns in the future must go to the families of Brown and Goldman.

He is adjusting well however, and on Monday was photographed playing golf, hanging by the pool and entertaining his daughter Arnelle at the property as if he had lived there for years.

He was spotted brushing up on his golfing skills on the backyard green at his new residence, ahead of his inevitable return to the links this week.

Simpson will be spending these first few weeks focusing on his three favorite things according to multiple people close to the former football star – family, friends and golf.

Simpson was seen in public for the first time since his prison release when he stopped off at a gas station just outside Las Vegas around 6am on October 1.

He sat in the backseat of a white SUV alongside the five boxes of personal belongings he took from his nine years behind bars as he and good friend Tom Scotto made their way to Las Vegas, where Simpson will be forced to live until a parole officer approves any planned move outside the state.

Prison officials later told DailyMail.com that Simpson took legal papers and his prison hot plate with him when he left the facility, among other things.

That same day Simpson also enjoyed some McDonald’s according to his lawyer Malcolm LaVergne, before settling into his new residence.

Simpson was granted parole in July after nine years in prison.

The football star will has made more than $400,000 from his NFL pension in the time since he has been in prison.
