The Bachelorette’s Ali Oetjen reveals her toned biceps and chiselled abs in a crop top and leggings as she enjoys a beach stroll in Queensland
Ali Oetjen looked fit as a fiddle as she went for a stroll at the beach on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast on Monday.
The former Bachelorette, 36, who is known for her dedication to fitness, showcased her chiselled abs and biceps in a brown crop top and matching leggings.
The barefoot blonde completed her sporty look with a black running belt, a sports watch, a pendant necklace and matching silver ring.

Ali swept her flaxen locks into a low ponytail and highlighted her age-defying features with bronze-toned makeup.
At one stage, the SAS Australia star raised her arms in the air as she began what appeared to be a yoga routine.
During the outing, Ali appeared lost in thought as she gazed wistfully into the distance, perhaps contemplating her next workout.

Ali, who works as a meditation and wellness teacher, previously spoke about her fitness routine in an interview with Women’s Health in October 2018.
‘Every morning is a 3km walk or run by the river,’ she said, revealing she gets in a full workout every day.
She does ‘an hour of boxing and/or 1.5hr dance class’ on Mondays, while Tuesdays are reserved for ’45 minutes of cycling or full body-weight training’.

She said Fridays are reserved for yoga, while Saturdays involve ’45 minutes of cycling or weights, then a hike in the afternoon’.
Ali then rounds out the week on Sundays with ‘a run and yoga’.
