Sting and his wife Trudie Styler have sold their magnificent penthouse duplex overlooking New York’s Central Park for an eye-watering $50 million.
The iconic musician, 65, initially put the jaw-dropping 15 Central Park West residence on the market for $56 million back in May and has now sold it for £6 million short of his asking price, as revealed by Page Six.
The couple, who have spoken openly about tantric sex keeping their 24-year marriage alive, certainly lived in luxury with their living quarters boasting their master bedroom and a soaking tub with view of the Manhattan skyline.

With the property now sold, Sting and Trudie are reportedly looking into buying a place at the 220 Central Park South, which is nicknamed ‘billionaires’ bunker’ and won’t be available until next year.

The duplex takes up the 16th and 17th floors of the iconic 15 Central Park West building, often described as one of the ‘world’s most powerful addresses,’ the NY Post reported.
The celebrity couple, who have been together for 35 years and married for 25, were looking to double their investment in the prestigious property, having purchased the duplex in 2008 for just under $27 million, however they fell slightly short.
