Four men are in police custody after a 50-year-old man was stabbed while walking on a street on Sydney’s affluent lower north shore.
The victim was allegedly approached by two men and stabbed in Mosman at about 10.40pm on Wednesday night.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being hospitalised with arm and back wounds. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Officers from Harbourside Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene.
Police arrested the four men, aged between 23 and 30, after midnight on Thursday after stopping a vehicle in North Sydney.
They were taken to North Sydney and Chatswood police stations for questioning.
Inquiries are also continuing into three recent armed robberies in the area.
