An incredible timelapse video shows a 9,500-mile road trip in under eight minutes.
The video was posted to YouTube by the user lookoutforchris after he and his friend took a four-week trip around the U.S..
The road warriors visited several landmarks, national parks and numerous small towns along the way, with their GoPro recording the road ahead.
In total the pair made it through 11 states: New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Minnesota, South Dakota and Illinois.
Pit stops included White Sands National Monument in New Mexico, downtown Las Vegas, Lombard Street in San Francisco, Devils Tower in Wyoming and Badlands National Park in South Dakota, to name a few.
The full video is seven minutes and 50 seconds long.
The trip began in New Mexico. White Sands National Monument is pictured above
Next the duo traveled to Arizona, stopping by Petrified Forest National Park and Painted Desert
From Arizona they made their way up Nevada to the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip
The next state on the list was California. Palm trees line the road through Palm Springs
From Palm Springs they drove into San Francisco, a city known for its extra steep hills
The weaved through, Lombard Street, supposedly the twistiest road in the world
They then said goodbye to San Francisco and headed across the Golden Gate Bridge
One of the small-town stops in California was Mining Ghost Town, pictured above
Next the pair drove through Yosemite National Park to see the waterfalls shown above
In Wyoming they stopped by Devils Tower, a large rock formation protruding from the ground
Temperatures dropped when they reached Minnesota where there was up to 10 feet of snow
In South Dakota the pair got out of the car to check out Badlands National Park
One of the final stops was Chicago, Illinois, a stark contrast to the roads they’d been on
