Blac Chyna is the suspect in a vandalism case after allegedly smashing a photographers phone during a night out.
The 29-year-old star was filmed as she launching into an expletive-laden tirade and threatened paparazzi who had gathered to take her picture as she left a nightclub in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The mother-of-two was heard shouting ‘Get the f*** out my face’ and could be seen to slap a phone out of one of the photographer’s hands during the altercation.

Now it has emerged that following the incident the photographer made a complaint to police.
A misdemeanor vandalism report was made, with Chyna listed as the suspect, reports TMZ.
During the clash on Thursday morning, a photographer could be hear asking Chyna why she was angry, telling her she had been happy for pictures to be taken earlier in the evening.
She yelled in reply: ‘You got your pictures’.
The reality star could then be heard spitting ‘You little b***h’ at one of the men while calling another one a ‘ho’.
Clearly agitated, the ex-girlfriend of Rob Kardashian could be seen getting in a black SUV before jumping out again to threaten photographers.

The mother of Dream Kardashian then threatened one of the men saying she was going to send her friends after him.
‘Imma throw him my real n****s and some real G s**t’ Chyna was heard shouting from inside the vehicle.
‘Imma go get my real n****s, no no Imma gonna get my real n****s’ she repeated several times.
The Lashed mogul appeared to be trying to keep a low-profile while exiting Project Club LA in Hollywood.

Chyna even opted for comfort in a black velour Adidas sweatsuit.
She teamed the athleisure with a pair of black $935 Louis Vuitton underwater flat sandals featuring bright multicolored straps.
The reality star accessorized with a blinged out watch and rings along with long, manicured nails.
Chyna’s make-up was even noticeably toned down as she went virtually make-up free besides a swipe of shiny pink lip.

Hours before the outing the mother-of-two shared an adorable video of her youngest Dream Kardashian.
The 11-month-old daughter of Rob Kardashian wore a stylish black onesie as she played with a painted Halloween pumpkin on the kitchen counter.
The granddaughter of Kris Jenner laughed and smiled as she explored the tiny gourd with a black and blue striped witch hat.
In another scene, Dream took off her own fashion forward black and gold high top sneakers to explore the mysterious object.
Rob and Chyna were together from the beginning of 2016 to just after their daughter was born in November.
