How Pippa, James AND Kate are all reportedly moving minutes away from the Middletons

Kate Middleton and her siblings Pippa and James are all believed to be moving to Berkshire, where they will live minutes away from their parents  Carol, 67, and Mike, 73.

The Middleton parents live in a seven-bedroom, Georgian property, Bucklebury Manor, that they bought in 2012 for £4.7 million. The home, which is set within 18 acres of land, is named after the Berkshire village in which it is situated.

And now it is believed that the Duchess of Cambridge, and her husband Prince William, both 40, may be planning to move their family from Kensington, west London to Windsor.

According to reports, the Cambridges are considering several properties on the Queen’s 655-acre Windsor estate, with a view to moving this summer. The move would put them within 45 minutes of Carol and Mike by car.

Kate and William are reportedly eyeing up four-bedroom Adelaide Cottage on the Windsor Estate.

Their three children George, eight, Charlotte, seven and Louis, four, will be pulled out of their current prep school in Battersea, and are all expected to start school locally when the new academic term begins in September.

The Grade II-listed retreat is just a short walk from St George’s Chapel and Windsor Castle, and sits proudly on the 655-acre royal estate in Berkshire.

The cottage underwent major renovations in 2015, but still boasts original features including a marble Graeco-Egyptian fireplace and a principal bedroom with a coved ceiling featuring gilded dolphins and rope ornament reused from the Royal yacht Royal George.

It also has seven gated entrances and exits to Windsor Castle so the family can come and go in relative privacy.

The move to Windsor means the Cambridges will be 45-minutes away by car to the home of the Duchess’s parents.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Pippa, who is currently expecting her third child with her Eton-educated husband, will soon live much closer to her family, following the purchase of their new Georgian mansion, which is about a 20-minute drive to her family home.

The home, which they will share with their two children Arthur, three, and Grace, one, has around 30 rooms.

It is also said to boast plenty of outdoor space, set in 150 acres of grounds that lead down to a river.

The mansion was the subject of a painstaking multi-million-pound restoration by its previous owner.

It was not known that it was on the market and the sale is said to have been carried out privately.

Pippa’s brother James and his wife Alizee also live in the county after purchasing a £1.45million farmhouse last year.

The 35-year-old entrepreneur’s home is a stunning four-bedroom Grade II listed period farmhouse in Bucklebury.

Photographs of the house, which James shared on Instagram, revealed low ceilings, dark rustic beams and leaded windows.

James has also shared snaps and videos from his parent’s home, giving his Instagram followers a sneak peek into the stunning manor house that Kate Middleton’s parents have called home since 2012.

The couple are believed to have snapped up the seven-bedroom property, which features a tennis court, swimming pool and a library, for £4.7million nine years ago.

The Georgian pile, which is the former family seat of a family whose ancestors were granted the land by Henry VIII, offers the Middletons unrivalled seclusion and privacy.

It is set in 18 acres of landscaped grounds with views across a picturesque valley.

The Middleton siblings will have a lot more freedom to roam in the Berkshire countryside with their growing families and the welcome help from their parents Carol and Mike.
