Kristin paired the sleeveless midi dress featuring an asymmetrical neckline with a pair of brown leather open-toed heels.

She accessorized with dangling earrings and a gold watch while holding on to a white leather bag.

She appeared on the morning chat news show  to promote her Back To The Beach With Kristin And Stephen podcast in which she rewatches her iconic MTV reality show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County alongside ex-boyfriend Stephen Colletti.

Kristin was asked what it has been like co-hosting the show with her 36-year-old high school sweetheart as she replied: ‘Honestly it has been the most enjoyable experience and it has actually been very therapeutic in a lot of ways.

‘Doing it with my high school boyfriend has allowed me to have some things cleared up that maybe I didn’t at the time. It’s funny because when everything was going on when I was 17, 18 I felt like I was the only one who was edited, you know, and portrayed a certain way.
