She’s the bubbly author who this week revealed she had experienced ‘some dark days’ after the birth of her second child Rudy Hazel in July.

And on Saturday night, Zoë Foster Blake skipped the Australian Commercial Radio Awards to stay home and look after her daughter.

Sharing an image of herself to Instagram, the 37-year-old looked disappointed to miss the event but used the caption to make a joke and wrote that she would be wearing a ‘crying baby’.

Night in! On Saturday, Zoe Foster-Blake revealed she wouldn’t be attending the ACRAs as she was staying at home to look after three-month-old daughter Rudy Hazel

‘#ACRAs night!!’ she captioned, including a nail polish, lipstick and a gown emoji.

‘Hair and makeup: where? Wearing: crying baby. Best of luck to: @hamishandandy!’

Sporting a navy oversized jumper, Zoë had little Rudy attached to her in a Babybjörn.

‘After three years parenting just one (pretty chilled) kid, I felt totally unequipped and out of my depth. Parenting is, without a lick of competition, the hardest thing I’ve ever fone, and the hardest job there is. They were the toughest few weeks of my life I reckon,’ she confessed.
