It’s understood two people are trapped inside vehicles after three cars were involved in a crash on the Warringah Freeway in North Sydney on Wednesday morning.
Fire and rescue crews are at the scene.
Three out of four lanes are closed near the Pacific Highway ramp, creating major traffic delays.
Images have emerged of long queues of traffic heading north through the Harbour Bridge.
