And after limited sleep, living off of coffee and working throughout the night, the contestants have spoken out about how their bodies have changed in the process.
But the most impressive weight loss story is Jason’s, who revealed he shed a whopping 24 kgs thanks to the show’s grueling manual labour.

‘I’ve gone down four notches on my belt,’ he told TV Week, revealing that his staring weight was 121kg.
‘All I’m doing is eating Youfoodz and I don’t drink alcohol… well, hardly ever.’
And it doesn’t seem as though it took long for the pounds to melt off, with a recent photo showcasing the 46-year-old impressive new look.
However, as for Sarah’s time on the show, the weight didn’t seem to slip off so easily.
‘I was eating at strange times of the day, skipping meals and drinking way too much coffee,’ she told Woman’s Day.

Meanwhile, it was no surprise Elyse Knowles still took her health and fitness seriously whilst on The Block.
Known for her daily 4:30am workout wake-up calls, the blonde stunner recently told 9 Honey that her diet didn’t change much whilst on the show.
‘I have been very lucky to have my mum close by – she’s a great cook, and brings me veggie and lentil soup, and yummy fritattas which really keep me going,’ she said.
