The home was sold to an unknown buyer for an undisclosed sum earlier this month, reports The Advertiser.
Situated in one of the southern capital’s most desirable post codes, the grand blue-stone home boasts charming Old World features, such as towering ceilings, a classic verandah with iron lace, and marble fireplaces.
Other highlights include the four spacious living areas, a full-size dry cellar and Baltic floorboards.
