Brown and her three children were allegedly heading home along Old Dixie Highway when they came across a train stopped on the tracks. Police say the mom tried to crawl underneath it while holding the baby to get past it, but the train started moving, with her leg and her one-year-old’s arm under it, as reported by NBC11.

Her two other children made it across the tracks by crawling underneath before Brown and the one-year-old did.

No charges are expected at this point, according to police.

The unharmed children are now in the care of their father, who responded to the scene, per NBC11.
