- He and two others visited Guadalupe island last month to go shark diving
- The shark’s eyes were rolled back, meaning he was blind when he bit the cage
A great white shark gave divers a little more action than they were probably expecting when they went underwater inside a cage in Mexico.
A terrifying video shows the moment a huge shark attacks three divers inside a cage off Guadalupe Island, using his teeth to try to break in.
The clip shows the shark swimming around the cage before suddenly launching at it, and hooking his teeth on one of the bars.

‘As the shark was swimming up to get his bait he suddenly turned around and attacked our cage,’ the man behind the camera, Jason Benedict, wrote alongside the clip.
‘As you can see from the video, his eyes rolled back meaning he was blind while attacking our cage,’ he added.
After the shark attacks the cage, he swims away, leaving the divers looking at the camera, clearly filled with adrenaline.
