The world’s most expensive handbag is expected to fetch millions in a lucrative private sale.
The stunning heart-shaped purse is made with 4,517 yellow, pink and colourless diamonds and took 10 highly-skilled craftsmen 8,800 hours to make.

Mythical: The sparkling accessory takes its inspiration from the One Thousand and One Nights
The one-of-a-kind accessory is the work of internationally renowned jeweller Robert Mouawad, who also created the world’s most expensive bra.
Taking inspiration from the One Thousand And One Nights collection, the sparkling bag reflects themes of romance, mystery and fantasy in its design.

The bag will be offered to the world’s wealthiest collectors through Christie’s private sales service.
It is currently being showcased by the auctioneer in Hong Kong. It will be followed by a tour to Christie’s in Geneva and London next month.
