Emily Ratajkowski steps out in NYC – amid steamy new romance with Orazio Rispo

Emily Ratajkowski looked giddy as she attended an event in New York City on Monday- days after debuting her new romance with DJ Orazio Rispo.

The model, 31, looked stunning in a dove grey blouse, which revealed a hint of her cleavage, paired with a statement gold necklace as she was interviewed for the New Era in Audio event during the Big Apple’s Advertising Week.

Emily’s giddy appearance was in stark contrast to her estranged husband Sebastian McClard’s somber demeanor as he stepped out with the former couple’s son Sylvester, 19 months on Wednesday.  

Emily’s outing came just three days after she was seen passionately kissing 35-year-old Orazio during a passionate date night. 

Sebastian, 41, wrapped up in a tan jacket tee and joggers as held Sylvester on his shoulders while chatting to a friend.

On Tuesday, DailyMail.com exclusively the identity of Emily’s new love. Like Emily’s ex Sebastian, Orazio was born and raised in New York.

He has worked as a DJ for two decades; he also owned and operated a record shop in Brooklyn, called Halcyon Record Shop, until it closed in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The model looked happier than ever in the wake of her marital breakdown as she packed on the PDA with Orazio on Friday evening. 

The pair was seen giggling with one another, locking lips, starring into each other’s eyes, and sharing a romantic embrace as they strolled through Manhattan, after enjoying an alfresco dinner date.

The mother-of-one – who was recently rumored to be dating Brad Pitt, 58 – looked chic in a black, off-the-shoulder top, matching slacks, and red boots, as she chatted with her companion, before the pair climbed onto his motorbike and headed off together.

Orazio is the son of realtor Giampiero Rispo, who serves as the founder and president of residential brokerage Domus Realty – which specializes in selling ‘luxury real estate in New York City.’

Some of the homes he is currently selling, according to his website, include a $7.6 million apartment building in the upper east side with 12 units and a $6.5 million two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Soho.

Orazio’s dad is also the director of an undergarment company called BANDEBRA – which sells ‘natural, organic, comfortable, and sexy alternatives to bras.’

It was reported by one Instagram account that Orazio is cousins with GCDS designer Giuliano Calza, who boasts a slew of celebrity friends including Dua Lipa, Nicola Beckham-Peltz, and Elsa Hosk.

Guliano attended the September wedding of Orazio’s brother, which Orazio officiated.

The artist is a registered democrat and studied political science at Columbia University. 

He wore a green jacket over a yellow tee for the outing with Emily, which he paired with a pair of loose, gray jeans and black sneakers.

The apparent new couple were seen dining at an outdoor restaurant, where they laughed and smiled as they enjoyed their food and some cocktails; Emily was even pictured lovingly touching his face during the date night.

It’s unclear how or when Emily and Orazio first met, but it appears that they’ve known each other for a while, as it was reported that they were seen grabbing dinner together during Milan Fashion Week last September.

News hit the web that Emily had split from her husband of four years, Sebastian, in July.

At the time, it was reported that the model had made the decision to leave her film producer husband, 41, over claims that he was a ‘serial cheater.’ A source told Page Six at the time, ‘It’s gross. He’s a dog.’ 

Comedian and social media influencer Claudia Oshry also spoke out about the situation during an episode of The Morning Toast podcast, in which she claimed Sebastian’s infidelity was an open secret in the industry.

Like Emily’s ex Sebastian, Orazio was born and raised in New York

‘It’s, like, known that her husband has cheated on her and they’re filing for divorce,’ she said, adding that when the couple officially confirms their separation, it will not come as a surprise to anyone.

Emily, who shares a one-year-old son with Sebastian, named Sylvester Apollo Bear, then filed for divorce in September. 

In the wake of her divorce proceedings, there had been talk that Emily was involved in a romance with Brad, but she seemed to shut these rumors down with her very public display of affection with Orazio. 

In late August, OK magazine claimed that Brad was getting close to Emily, with a source explaining: ‘He asked her out, and she said yes. She’s always thought Brad was cute, and the way she saw it, what did she have to lose?’

But a separate insider told magazine earlier this month that while the two stars were ‘having fun’ together, it wasn’t anything serious.

‘The split was very rough for her,’ the source stated. ‘It was unexpected and devastating. It’s the perfect timing right now. There is nothing like Brad Pitt cheering you up.’

At the time, the pair was spotted packing on the PDA in Los Angeles, California. It’s unclear how they met, but an insider told Us Weekly at the time that they had known each other ‘for years.’ 

Just days after their first spotting, news hit the web that they had tied the knot in a New York City courthouse on February 23, 2018.

Emily then confirmed the news via Instagram, writing, ‘Sooo, I have a surprise, I got married today.’

‘I thought about it for about 30 seconds,’ she joked. ‘It was a city hall courthouse wedding. I guess I didn’t know what I always wanted to do, which is maybe why it was so untraditional.’

They made their red carpet debut in March of that year, while attending the 33rd Annual Film Independent Spirit Awards together, and the two looked like the epitome of marital bliss at the event.

‘Emily looked so in love with her husband. She kept staring at him, smiling and was touching his face a lot,’ an onlooker told E! News. ‘Emily rested her head on his shoulder and looked truly happy.’

In July 2022, it was reported they had split and Emily filed for divorce on September 8. It was reported that tSebastian had allegedly being unfaithful, but this has not been confirmed.

Emily seemed to confirm her bisexuality in a TikTok video. A TikToker asked: ‘If you identify as bisexual do you own a green velvet couch?’ The video then cut to Ratajkowski, who smiled at the camera before panning to her large velvet green couch.
