It is unclear what sparked the fight, with Balapour and Yacoub (pictured together in 2019) standing together with the group of men before the brawl started

‘Yakiboy’ – known to his family as Hossein Balapour – is a self-described Iranian refugee who left the Middle Eastern country for a better life in Australia

Sources have suggested that Balapour and Yacoub were involved in a lengthy dispute over money and cars.

Yacoub has not been arrested and there is no suggestion of wrongdoing over his part in the brawl.

The bodybuilders have previously posed for photos together and described themselves as ‘brothers’.

At one stage in the video of the fight, Yacoub was knocked to the ground by Balapour who then unleashed a flurry of punches.

Yacoub managed to clamber to his feet and run away, only for Balapour to give chase, with the pair running through oncoming traffic.

Balapour appeared to use a long, thin weapon to strike at Yacoub.

Eventually, a group of men managed to get between the fighters to stop the brawl, though both men seemed to be straining to keep it going.

Balapour, who is currently out of custody on bail, is a heavily tattooed gym junkie who previously revealed his life story as an Iranian refugee who fled to Australia by boat five years ago.

He is known for wearing Versace clothes, having a gold and diamond-toothed smile and making a living from his ballooning Instagram fanbase.

‘I’m six foot five, why shouldn’t I make money from my body?’ said Mr Balapour in 2018, when he also revealed he makes up to $1500 per photoshoot.
