‘Your little one’s delicate nappy area needs extra special protection and care. This natural cream creates a barrier to protect your little one’s skin from irritants and wet or dirty nappies. It also helps to restore and maintain healthy skin,’ the website description reads.
It can be picked up at Woolworths supermarkets or on the Natralus website alongside magnesium spray, body lotion and natural deodorants.
The barrier cream is made using fresh fermented papaya and doesn’t contain any lanolin, parabens or petroleum.
Those that have already tried it have been pleased with the high quality ingredients used and the ease by which it can be applied.
‘Such a great cream. Received it in our hospital bag when I had my daughter. Clears up nappy rash so quickly, had to order more,’ one woman wrote on their website.
‘Amazing cream honestly I ran out and can’t wait to get my hands on more! They work like a charm I can’t recommend anything like it,’ said another.

A third added: ‘Love this baby bottom cream. Used it on my son since birth and he has never had a red bum or nappy rash! Absolutely swear by this and have gotten all my mum friends/family onto this stuff!’
Natralus’ business stems back to the early 1920s with Grandfather Rowe, a respected Adelaide pharmacist.
He was recognised for his talent to blend selected natural ingredients into incredibly effective medicines.
Doctors would often send their patients to him when desperate, as they knew they could trust him to find an effective remedy.
This philosophy remains at the core of their business as the brand continues to carefully select nature’s finest ingredients to craft unique blends.
