Look out Louis Vuitton! Pharrell William’s VERY eccentric fashion moments – as he becomes design house’s new creative director
As the new creative director for Louis Vuitton’s men division, Pharrell Williams has big shoes to fill – but the rapper and producer is no stranger to quirky sartorial decisions.
The brand’s former creator director, the late Virgil Abloh, who died from cancer aged 41 in 2021, had taken the brand to new heights, thanks to some street-style collaborations that elevated Louis Vuitton’s cool factor.
And the Happy singer, 41, who was also a brand ambassador for Chanel, seems a natural successor to the Off-White creator, having been one of Abloh’s friends, and developed an eccentric sense of style over the years.
Among his more unusual style choices are his whimsical sneakers, tailored bermuda shorts and an enormous hat he wore to the 2014 Grammys.
The producer, who launched his own fashion label, Billionaire Boys Club in 2003, has also worn outrageous coats and unusual co-ords.
Here FEMAIL reveals his very eccentric fashion moments as he becomes the new creative director for Louis Vuitton.
