Love Island teases ANOTHER row after Shaq branded Ron a 'game player'

Love Island has hinted at yet another row after Ron Hall seemed unimpressed with one of Shaq Muhammad’s comments during a tense challenge.

Friday’s episode of the ITV2 show saw the couples have to rank each other on various topics based on answers given by viewers.

But financial adviser Ron, 25, and his girlfriend Lana Jenkins were left unimpressed after Shaq suggested they were in the top three most game-playing couples.

In a comment which Ron branded ‘outrageous’, Shaq, 24, said Ron had only made Lana, 25, his girlfriend because she is popular.

Ahead of the challenge, Ron had reassuringly said it was ‘just an opinion’ but the awkward challenge categories quickly caused offence.

It seemed like another row could be brewing after Ron was left fuming by Shaq’s remarks, teasing at more tension in Sunday’s upcoming episode.

During the challenge, Will Young kicked things off by saying Shaq and Tanya Manhenga fell into the category of most game-playing couples.

But Tanya, 23, firmly told him: ‘No I’m not going up there.’

Shaq then threw Ron and Lana into the mix to try and deflect the attention on his relationship.

He said: ‘Ron just made Lana his girlfriend because everyone likes Lana.’

Ron then hit back: ‘That’s outrageous’, before Shaq replied: ‘How’s it outrageous bro?’

They were voted in third place for the challenge, which Lana said was ‘sore’ before Ron said: ‘Yeah, I’ve got f**k all comment on that.’

Later, Ron admitted to some of his fellow Islanders that he wanted to speak to Shaq about his comment, saying his opinion was so ‘rogue’ that he wanted to know why.

Tanya then said it ‘wasn’t on’ if Ron tried to confront Shaq about his comments, suggesting that there could be another clash between the Islanders.

Ron said: ‘I’ll speak to him about it this evening, because if it’s on your mind, it’s on your mind,’ before the episode came to a dramatic close.

Elsewhere in the episode, Ron and Lana were also voted by the public with one of the couples with the least sexual chemistry.

The pair were quick to protest the vote, noting that they don’t always have to pack on the PDA to prove they’re attracted to each other, with Ron later insisting that they know how they feel about each other.

However, fans watching at home were quick to agree with the vote, noting that the couple had little spark between them and one quipping that there was ‘more sexual chemistry between my big toe and my last toe’.

Several pointed out that there was more attraction between Ron and former islander Tanyel Reven – who fans had long suspected had a crush on the boxer – with the duo sharing several highly-charged moments during challenges.

Taking to Twitter, viewers had their say, with one writing: ‘I honestly don’t see Ron with Lana. There’s just no chemistry, no spark.’

‘It’s true tho there’s no sexual chemistry between Ron & Lana lmaoo even when they kiss nothing’ shared another.

A third wrote: ‘Ron had more chemistry with tanyel as FRIENDS. Always flirty with each other and now he’s suddenly not pda with his gf?’

A fourth agreed: ‘Ron had more sexual chemistry with Tanyel mate Lana you need to run girl he using you.’

His partner Tanya seemed less than impress with his antics as she told Shaq to, ‘go away and are you done now’.

Shaq couldn’t help himself and kept digging at Tom, he added: ‘I say we go over there and let Samie give Tom a hug to calm down. You lost the game. It’s a joke bro. It’s a joke.’

Tom eventually lost his cool and yelled: ‘Shaq I’m telling you it’s not funny but why are you on me all the time it’s done. It wasn’t funny the first time. Just F*** off bro and leave it. I get it, now go.’

Viewers agreed with Tom and quickly took to Twitter to slam Shaq for acting like a ‘baby’ and that if it was the other way round Shaq would be ‘fuming’.

One wrote: ‘Yeah there is banter after winning etc but Will and Shaq took that too far Tom was minding his business and there they were crowding around and yelling at him of course Tom would get annoyed by that anyone would.’

Another said: ‘Shaq is childish. What a joke! Kudos to Tom for keeping his cool.’

A third penned: ‘Na I’m with Tom on this one. I’m all for banter with mates but it’s when they keep going on and on when it ain’t funny anymore, just gets annoying. Shaq and will are acting like children’.

A fourth added: ‘Nah Shaq needs to come down. I didn’t think Tom could have gone any redder’.
