Carol Vorderman flaunts her eye-popping curves in a skintight red jumper

She’s long been known for flaunting her incredible figure.

And Carol Vorderman put on another eye-popping display in a skintight red ensemble as she appeared on This Morning’s daily news segment on Friday.

The Countdown star, 62, showed off her incredible figure in the bright red polo neck jumper and matching jeans as she perched herself on the sofa to discuss the day’s headlines.

Styling her blonde tresses into loose waves, Carol was in good spirits as she made a glamorous appearance on the TV show.

As she made her way into the studio, Carol also took to Instagram to share a slow-motion video clad in her all-red look.

It comes after Carol was reunited with the famous Countdown clock, having appeared on the game show for 26 years from 1982 until 2008,.

Posing alongside the well-known centrepiece, Carol flashed a smile and put her arm on the clock.

Highlighting her famous curves, she looked gorgeous in a leopard print top and skintight black leather trousers. 

Sharing the pictures with her Instagram followers, she wrote: ‘Awwwww look what greeted me at @channel4 HQ this morning with a big smile on its clock face……❤️❤️ awwwww.’

Carol continued: ‘Happy days indeed ❤️❤️ I’ve danced to that music tens of thousands of times over the years…..lols.’ 

Carol joined the Channel 4 show for its very first episode in 1982, when she was only 21 years old.

Her mother had submitted an application on behalf of her after seeing a newspaper advert for ‘a woman with good mathematical skills’.

Despite her young age, Carol was brought onto the show and appeared alongside Richard Whiteley until his death in June 2005.

She then carried on alongside Des Lynam then the late Des O’Connor.

The show is now presented by Colin Murray, assisted by Rachel Riley, with resident lexicographer Susie Dent.

Carol previously reflected on her 26 years on the programme as she shared a throwback video alongside a lengthy caption. 

She wrote: ’39 years ago today I started on the telly with my beloved Richard Whiteley on Countdown as the first ever show broadcast on the new channel 4.

‘I was 21. We had 23 cheeky, happy, laughing years together until he died. The clock stopped too soon and I still miss him

‘We were so excited about the 1st show 1982. I had a proper job then & Countdown was an extra.

‘We never thought it would last beyond the 8 weeks it was booked for! I was paid £20 a show which was a fortune to me. Richard & I worked hard. I made 5,000 shows over 26 years.’
